Template Sections
Section A — Application
Application date, Airport facilitator, project name, and applicant details (name, telephone, company, email).
Section B — Work Details
Hot works, fire system modifications, work description, estimated duration, location (building, area, tenancy), and on-site contact.
Section C — Isolation
Isolation period (max 2 weeks), systems requiring isolation (sprinkler, hydrant, detector, zone, EWIS/PA/strobes, panel).
Section D — Approval
Approval conditions, fire isolation watcher requirement, and authorising officer sign-off.
Section E — Watcher Log
Fire Isolation Watcher responsibilities and shift log (date, start/end times, name, signature).
